To Whom It May Concern:We started using the Power Up line of additives and grease about four years ago and the Kleenoil filter system about three years ago. With the Power Up additives we saw about a 6% reduction in our fuel consumption along with lower temperatures, lower RPM's, less noise, etc. The Gen 49D fuel additives make your engines burn cleaner and also adds lubricity which is very important on diesel
engines because of the new low sulphur diesel. The Gen 49D fuel additives cost about $.09 per gallon. So with gasoline and diesel currently selling at about $4.50, a 6% reduction in fuel consumption saves $.27 per gallon minus the additive cost of $.09 for a net savings of $.18 per gallon. Plus you get the indirect savings of less wear and tear on the engine due to less rpm's, lower temperatures, etc.We are saving even more money with the lubricants for oil, transmissions, gear oil, etc. We were changing our engine oil on our rigs every 250‐500 hours depending on the type of engine. By adding the Power Up product to our engine oil we were able to extend that oil change to 1500 hours all determined by regular oil analysis. However, when we tested the new Kleenoil filter system, we still had good oil at "5000 HOURS" and made the decision to use the Power Up additives and Kleenoil filter systems on all of our engines. We
now change our oil at 2000 hours rather than the 250‐500 hours mentioned above which has extended our oil life 4‐8 times.
Again, you also get the added value of less temperatures, rpm's, more lubricity, etc. We have oil analysis run at 1000 hours and based on ISO standards our oil at 1000 hours is better than new oil.One big question is how this affects warranties. We are spending about $5.0M on new CAT engines from Puckett and none of these practices will affect our warranty.

To Whom It May Concern:In December 2006, we began testing the Kleenoil Bypass Oil Filtration System on some
of our ready mixed concrete trucks; specifically: F5600i International trucks powered with Cummins ISM engines. At the time, we were doing oil drains approximately 4 times per year. After 6 months, which would have been 2 normal oil drains, we had not changed the oil or the regular oil filters. We only changed out the Kleenoil cartridges and took oil samples for independent analysis. We were so impressed with the results; we decided to test the Kleenoil filters on our Komatsu WA 320 wheel loader on both the engine and hydraulics.
Late in 2007, after running the same oil for a year, we changed our oil and filters in the ready mixed concrete trucks. The oil sample analysis showed the old oil that we replaced was actually cleaner than the new oil we put in. The analysis also showed the oil’s additive package was still in excellent condition.
Now, in May 2008, we have been running the Kleenoil filters on the Komatsu loader for a year as well and the results have been just as impressive as they were on the ready mix trucks. Not only have the filters saved us the cost of the oil, filters and labor to change them, but the components are running on cleaner than new oil all the time. This cannot help but have a positive effect on our maintenance costs in the coming years.
After going to an annual oil drain rather than 4 times per year, we are saving 75% on the cost of our oil and filters while giving our components the cleanest oil possible. We have made a corporate decision to install Kleenoil filters on all future equipment. We have no reservations in recommending The Kleenoil Filter System to other equipment owners.

Merrell Moore

To Whom It May Concern:In the latter part of 2005, we began a maintenance program dedicated to lengthening our oil drain cycles. We wanted to increase our drain cycles from 250 hours to 400 hours, while maintaining the integrity of the oil. On our own, we increased the hours from 250 to 300 by changing the OEM filters more frequently.
In December 2005, we were introduced to the Kleenoil Bypass Oil Filtration System and decided to pilot test the system on a variety of different types of equipment. We filtered engine oil and hydraulic fluid on Gomaco pavers, Mack Dump Trucks, CAT D9 dozers, scrapers and graders.
The results on all of the equipment have been impressive. Proven through independent oil analysis, we improved our oil drain intervals to over 800 hours in our engines reducing the amount of downtime. We continue to keep the hydraulic fluid cleaner than new oil saving unnecessary wear on the hydraulic pumps and valves. In fact, using the Kleenoil System, we no longer change our hydraulic fluids on a schedule. We now change it by fluid analysis only.
The Kleenoil filter keeps the oil cleaner than new oil, saving us a significant amount of money in upfront maintenance costs. We believe the biggest savings for our company will happen in the future with decreased engine wear and less downtime, since our equipment will be running on cleaner than new oil all the time. We highly recommend this product and will be installing it on more of our equipment in the future.
Sincerely,
Mike Manley

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We have been using Kleenoil for approximately ten years on all our Heavy Equipment Motors. We extended oil drain periods from four to three times, changing the Kleenoil cartridge every 250 hours. Last fall, two motors were removed primarily for blow- by, but with the hours on these motors, we felt the crank and cams would need machining.
These motors had in excess of 26,000 hours on them.
Our machine shop told us that they did not know what we were doing with our motors, but to keep on doing it!l The only things that the machine shop did replace were the valve guides. It is evident when you open up a motor equipped with the Kleenoil system, just how clean it is. The lack ofcomponent wear the system provides is noticeable.
Since the New Year, we have asked Richard to install the Kleenoil system on the new equipment we have purchased and on four new Mack Trucks with EGR motors. Two more Mack Trucks will be fitted upon arrival in the spring, bringing the total number of units using the Kleenoil system to thirty.
Please contact me if any additional information or clarification is needed. We thank you for the opportunity to express our views.

To Whom It May Concern,
We began using Kleenoil early in 2007 here at our operations in Waco, Texas. We have discovered this technology to be state of the art and superior to traditional PM methods of maintaining engine oil. In our earliest installations, we went beyond a year (about 3,000 engine hours) and have settled with a single annual oil/filter change schedule to keep it easy.
We have over a third of our 100+ unit fleet installed and intend to fit all of our equipment with Kleenoil. These units are easily installed and have already paid for themselves. We have cut oil consumption by 800/0 and are able to avoid expensive synthetic oils by using the Power-Up line of oil additives.
Over the life of a truck we will cut our PM oil related expenses down to way less than half and benefit to an even greater degree with extended engine life by running super-cleaned oil all of the time. With the on-line accessed oil lab records we have permanent visibility of each engines' health with specific recommendations on whether or not to change oil by a named tech always available by phone.
It is staggering to realize the amount of oil we were using and not fully utilizing the conservation methods that were available. We now have full peace of mind knowing that our engines are running on the cleanest oil possible and we are enjoying the greatly reduced costs of running Kleenoil, and we are now a 'Green Company'.
We see this technology as being vital to equipment owners and cannot see our company without it in the future.
Sincerely,

Subject: Kleenoil Letter of Recommendation (Onboard engine oil recycling systems)
As a leader in the excavation industry we are always looking for ways to improve business processes. Our Business Process Improvement department, developed inSeptember 2006, takes a 360 degree view of current processes and suggests improvements. We partner with organizations that see the big picture and take the time to understand business objectives. Kleenoil came to us in January of 2007, asking questions about our entire program. Their first concern was to gain a comprehensive understanding of our entire fluid program. The partnership flourished and has proven to be one of the most successful to date.
The program started with a complete analysis of our oil program. Bulk tanks, lube trucks, and equipment were surveyed to establish baseline data. Kleenoil came to us with solutions based on factual data. They consulted with us every step of the way to create an all encompassing program.
The program has successfully tripled the drain extensions of our over-the-road equipment. Our mechanics spend more time addressing mechanical or D.O.T. issues rather than changing oil.Factual data showed off-the-road extensions could be doubled within the first six months of the evaluation. We have implemented the change and continue to evaluate. Our off-the-road goal is to establish a thousand hours interval, changing oil twice a year unless dictated by analysis.
When building a relationship with Kleenoil you get more than a vendor. You get a consultative group who makes a difference. Our relationship has proven to save hundreds of thousands of dollars and continues to grow. We at Rodman would strongly suggest establishing a rapport with Kleenoil.

To whom it may concern:
About 15 years ago a likeable gentleman with a British accent passed through our doors with a new oil filtration system, which was going to not only save us money in oil purchasing but also extend the life of our diesel engines. With an understanding of the concept and its applications and with extended oil service just becoming an accepted option with engine manufacturers, we felt we should give it a try. We equipped a few units, which were in our dirtiest working environment to do a trial testing. We extended our oil change interval from 200 hrs to 600 hrs and began intensive oil sampling and monitoring.
It wasn't long before we realized the benefits in the costs savings of oil, labour, and disposing of the old oil, now classified as hazardous waste. The oil sample reports gave us the piece of mind that we were not sacrificing anything to achieve these cost savings. Also soon noticed was the cleanliness of the oil and internal components.
We have also given up on the traditional "bearing roll-in" recommended by some engine manufacturers, as a means of achieving the full life of the engine. We have prevented major engine failures from just the visual and physical condition of the Kleenoil filter itself. Our service intervals are now at 250 hours, extending our drain interval to 750 hrs, or twice a year on most pieces of equipment and vehicles. We have the Kleenoil filtration on all our diesel engines and even some of our gas powered vehicles. We have begun installation on our hydraulic units as well. Our portable filtration unit has become one of our most valuable tools for transferring
and cleaning of most fluids.
Kleenoil is continually making improvements to the quality of their system and its components and has always listened to our suggestions and concerns. As soon as we receive a new unit, the first call is to Kleenoil to have their filtration system installed.
I believe the benefits of this system to be substantial and recommend it to any individual or company. As the old saying goes, "It's easier to save a buck than to make a buck", this surely applies to our relationship with Mr. Barry Phillips and Kleenoil Filtration Canada Ltd.
Sincerely,

Kleenoil Filtration Products for my company is a sure way of saving. Our operations are
quarry crushing, gravel transportation, excavation and floating.
We first experienced two Kleenoil filters four years ago on a 966D wheel loader and a
Western Star 350 big cam Cummins engine. We scheduled a Kleenoil filter change on the
loader at 200 hours and manufacturer filter & oil change at 500 hours. On the tractor we
scheduled the Kleenoil filter change at 20,000 kilometers and the manufacturer filter and
oil change at 100,000 kilometers or once a year.
We have sent oil samples to Wear Check and Crothers and the results were very
satisfactory.
The following year we purchased 30 more units & installed them on our front end shovel,
euclids, stationary engines, dump and mixer trucks and balance off wheel loaders.
Sleeve pitting on a Cummins engine was the reason why we opened an engine and inspected
the crankshaft, the bearings were done at the same time and let me tell you, we are very
well pleased with this product.
Fuel, water, antifreeze and aluminum and copper sediments could be detected in the filter
before any failure. I strongly recommend Kleenoil filter to anyone.
